A: You can qualify for an L$D Black Card by accumulating 15,000 points. Once you reach this threshold, we will email you to confirm your address and then ship your Black Card at no cost. The Black Card offers special benefits, including exclusive offers, events, and other perks to enhance your L$D experience.
A: If you are a member of the L$D Loyalty Black Card program and have lost your physical card you can get a replacement card for a fee of $50. Simply contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in processing your request and shipping the new card to you.
